Carney Disposal provides front load and rear load dumpster service for businesses, property managers and condo associations across southeastern Massachusetts, with 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 yard containers emptied weekly, every other week or monthly, plus roll-off cans for sites that produce more than a dumpster holds. We run our own front load and rear load trucks out of Raynham, so you deal with one local office rather than a call center. Who this is for
Restaurants, retail stores, offices, medical and dental practices, auto shops, self storage, apartment and condo buildings, schools, churches and light industrial sites. If your business throws away more than two totes a week, a dumpster on a standing schedule costs less per pickup and keeps the back of the building clean. Homeowners associations have their own page, because a community is priced and set up differently from a single business.
What we provide
Front load dumpsters, 2 to 10 yards. The standard container for most businesses. Lidded, emptied from the front by our own front load truck, and sized from a 2 yard for a small office up to a 10 yard for a busy restaurant or a multi-family building.
Rear load dumpsters. For sites a front load truck cannot get into: tight lots, low overhangs, alleys and enclosures with no room to swing the forks. Same standing schedule, different truck.
Roll-off cans kept on site. For a business that fills a dumpster faster than a schedule can keep up with, or for construction and demolition debris. Emptied on call or on a schedule. Temporary rentals for a single job are on the dumpster rental page.
Recycling and cardboard containers. A separate container for cardboard or single-stream recycling keeps it out of the trash container, which lowers the weight you pay to dispose of.

Pickup frequency
Containers are emptied weekly, every other week or monthly, and the frequency can change once you see how fast yours fills. A restaurant or a multi-family building usually runs weekly or more often; an office with mostly paper and packaging runs every other week or monthly. If you have a busy stretch, call and we will add a pickup.
How pricing works
Three things set the monthly price: how many containers are on site, what size they are, and the type of waste that goes in them. We do not publish commercial rates because two businesses with the same container rarely pay the same amount. A restaurant's wet, heavy waste costs more to dispose of than an office's dry trash, and a property with three containers is priced differently from a property with one. The quote covers the container, delivery and every scheduled pickup, and there is no charge for the quote itself.

Placement and access
A front load truck needs a straight approach to the container, room to lift it over the cab and clear overhead. A rear load truck needs less room, which is why we run one. Before the first delivery we confirm where the container sits, that the lid can open, and that the truck can reach it on every scheduled day. Parked cars, locked gates and unplowed lots are the usual reasons a scheduled pickup gets missed, so tell us about gates and hours when you call.

What cannot go in a commercial container
The same rules as every Carney container: no batteries of any kind, no tires, no propane tanks, no paint or chemicals, no electronics and no appliances with refrigerant in them. Construction and demolition debris goes in a roll-off can, not a front load dumpster. Switching from another hauler
Tell us when your current agreement ends. We deliver our container before that date and set the first pickup for the week the old one leaves, so there is no gap and nothing sits on the ground. If you are not sure what your current term is, the end date is usually on the last page of the agreement or on the most recent invoice.
