How do I schedule a bulk pickup, and how much notice do you need?

Call 508-822-2208 and tell us what you have. That is the whole process, and it matters that it happens before the item goes to the curb.

We schedule it for your normal service day, so you put it out the same morning you put the totes out, but a separate truck comes for it. That is why it has to be booked. Furniture, appliances and electronics go to different facilities from household trash, and the truck on your regular route has no way to take them. An unbooked couch at the end of your driveway gets driven past.

What we need on the call: your service address, what the item is, and how many. We confirm the price then, so there is no surprise on the bill. The flat per-item rates are published on bulk item pickup if you want to work it out first.

On the day: leave it at the curb, clear of mailboxes, parked cars, hydrants and low wires. Give the truck room to get alongside it.

Give us as much notice as you can. A few days is comfortable. For a whole houseful rather than one or two items, a dumpster usually works out cheaper.
