Call the office at 508-822-2208 and leave your totes where they are. Do not bring them back up the driveway until we have spoken, because if a truck is coming back the driver needs to find them at the curb.
What happens next depends on which of two things it was, and we can usually tell you on the call.
If we missed you, we schedule a truck to come back at the earliest opportunity. There is no charge for that. It happens, and it is ours to put right.
If the totes were not out when the driver came, a return trip is $30. Our drivers photograph totes that are not out, so this is not a judgment call or one person's word against another's. We can look at the picture with you.
Either way, have your service address ready when you call. We can see which truck covered your street and at what time, which usually settles it in a minute. And if you are not certain today was even your day, the weekly and holiday schedule lists every town we serve.
