Anywhere you keep them. Beside the garage, at the top of a slope, around the side of the house, inside the garage, behind a gate. We are not going to make you move them to a particular spot.
What makes it work is the note. When the office sets up your account, the representative writes down exactly where your totes live and that goes to the driver. "Left of the garage door." "Inside the gate, dog is friendly." "Top of the drive by the shed." Ten seconds on the phone and no driver ever has to hunt.
So when you sign up, say where they are. If you move them later, call 508-822-2208 and we will update the note.
Winter is the one condition. The driveway has to be shoveled before we get there. A truck cannot come up an unplowed drive, and a driver carrying a full tote down sheet ice is how people get badly hurt. If it has not been cleared, we will catch you the following week.
