Billing is quarterly, three months at a time, in one invoice. So a $30 a month service is $90 a quarter, $35 is $105, $40 is $120, and so on up the tiers.
The reason the first invoice looks higher than you expected is almost always this: it is a three-month bill, not a monthly one.
