Autopay charges the card you have on file automatically each quarter. You can turn it on yourself in the customer portal under Billing, or call 508-822-2208 and we will set it up with you.
Autopay means the card you have on file is charged automatically when your quarterly invoice is due, instead of you paying it yourself. Same amount, same schedule. The only thing that changes is that you do not have to remember it.
You can turn it on yourself. Log in to the customer portal and enroll under Billing. Or call 508-822-2208 and we will set it up with you on the phone. Trouble logging in?
The one thing to watch. The most common billing problem we deal with is an autopay card that has expired or been reissued after a fraud alert. The charge declines quietly, the balance keeps building, and the first the customer hears of it is a past-due letter three or six months later.
So when your bank sends you a new card, update it in the portal. And if you get a past-due notice while you believed autopay was running, that is almost always what happened. Call us and we will sort it out. Nobody is in trouble.
We answer the phone Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If your question is about your own address, a call is always faster than a form.
