Two ways, and they end up in the same place.
The form. Fill in the sign-up form whenever suits you, including the middle of the night. It asks for your address, town, phone, email, the service type and the tote sizes you want.
The phone. Call 508-822-2208, Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
One thing worth being clear about: the form is an inquiry, not a completed order. Nothing is scheduled the moment you press submit. Someone from the office calls you back during working hours to confirm the start date, check the tote sizes are right for your household and tell you your collection day. That call is where service actually begins.
We do it that way on purpose. Pickup days vary by town and in two towns by street, tote sizing is worth a conversation, and it is better to get it right on a two-minute call than to deliver the wrong containers.
Nothing is billed until your first collection. Signing up costs you nothing. If you are leaving another hauler, read this first.
